RRC sale is nearing completion

Tweet ThisA spokesperson from the Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) has confirmed that progress is being made in the sale of the former Rideau Regional Centre.
"We do have a preferred prospect that's been selected," said Jeff Giffin, ORC spokesperson.
There is no timeline as to when a completed sale agreement would be signed, but work to reach this point is under way.
"It certainly has been a co-operative effort," Giffin said.
The prospective owner was selected following a competitive Request for Proposal process.
