EMC Events - 'Send in the Clowns' is the theme for this year's Canal & Railway Festival. Once again the EMC is sponsoring the parade which will take place July 16 as part of the annual event in Smiths Falls.

Those participating will be asked to line up at the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre at 12 noon on the day of the parade. ...
